Handling time for orders is 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the service used to ship the order, depending on weight, and the destination of the order.

The One Stop Outlet does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) outside the company unless it is necessary to provide you with products or services available from The One Stop Outlet. We may also disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, to protect your rights or the rights of The One Stop Outlet or as required or permitted by law.

Even within The One Stop Outlet company, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from The One Stop Outlet. Any third-party companies we use to provide you with products or services are required to keep your information secure and confidential.

Returns & Replacements
Items may be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Refund will be given as money back, buyer is required to pay shipping costs. Replacements will be reviewed on an individual case basis. Please e-mail us at adaramos05@yahoo.com before returning the item.
Ordering
Customers can order from The One Stop Outlet through a variety of different ways. Customers can look through different categories from the home page, or type key words into the search bar to find specific items. Once you find an item you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. When you are finished looking through the store, click the yellow "Checkout" button located at the top of each webpage and proceed to checkout. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The One Stop Outlet accepts all major types of credit cards; Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. The One Stop Outlet may feature sales from time to time, or offer special promotional discounts to newsletter subscribers using unique promo codes. All prices featured on The One Stop Outlet website are final and non-negotiable.
Viewing Orders
Customers can check the status of their orders simply by logging into their account and clicking on the tab "My Orders". Customers will be able to view any past and present orders there. 
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, simply log into your account. If you would like to update your name, email address, or account password, click on the "Account Information" tab. If you would like to update your contact information such as phone number and address click on the "Address Book" tab. If you would like to update your billing address click on the "Account Dashboard" tab and under "Default Billing Address" click "Edit Address". If you would like to update your shipping address, click on the "Account Dashboard" tab and under "Default Shipping Address" click "Edit Address".
